If you scratch the surface of any "Republican" who claims that "islam is a religion of peace", who denies that there is a growing threat to our security and freedom from islamic supremacist conquest of the West, odds are, you will find links to Grover Norquist. The anti-jihad movement has been raising the alarm about him for years, but they have been either dismissed, ignored, or demonized for doing so. However, members of Congress can no longer pretend that they don't know.

It Rained

Irene came and went and the Resister family got through it just fine. Thanks to the wonderful Tip Jar Hitters, I was able to get batteries and other supplies so was prepared for the possibility of a power outage and will be ready for the next time the weather gets rough. Sears coupons can be a lifesaver in an emergency! Always keep an eye out for them.
