I'm working on some stuff, which I plan to post about later, so for now, feel free to run amok in an open thread and leave links to anything you think is interesting. Standard rules apply for trolls, they are subject to whatever abuse anyone wants to dish out until I get bored and remove them.

I'm sure Eric Holder's department of (in)justice is fixing to sue the judge or whatever crappy thing they'll due to undermine the law, just like they did to Arizona.
I blieve that Judge Vinson would make an excellent Supreme Court Justice. Perhaps when President Bachmann is inaugerated, Justice Ginsberg, who died several years ago, will finally remember to fall over.
Vinson's brief was about 70 pages and he not only showed that he is expert in Constitutional law, but he actually went back to the Federalist Papers, which preceeded the Constitution.
The man is reputed to be brilliant. He'd make a stunning Supreme Court Judge. Great thought!

In full agreement with you, Jack, the good judge did a great job in his decision and his brief ! It will be really tough for Holder`s Dept. of Socialist In-Justice lawyers to beat this one ! I`m sure they`ll try !
Yes, Judge Vinson WOULD be an effective and fair SC Justice, I hope it can be so !
Like I said in another thread, I think Jimmuh was/is just an ignorant anit-Semite who happened to also be really gullible. I bet he THOUGHT that he was doing the right thing (even though he was wrong). Barry however is DELIBERATELY destructive and evil, he does not do what he does because he thinks it's right, he does what he does because he hates this country as much as he hates Israel and our other allies and eagerly anticipates in helping to found a global caliphate. Every action or lack thereof that I've seen from him thus far smacks of flat out treason - on every single aspect of governance which comprises the job of POTUS. Holder's lawyers tried the first time around with Vinson and he just shoved their arguments back at them. They told Vinson that ObamaCare would be a disaster without the individual mandate. So Vinson said, "True enough.That being the case, I'll just void the whole thing."
Then Vinson quoted Obama's argument against the individual mandate, and threw in a few kind words for the Tea Party for good measure.
Holder's geniuses will have to be a whole lot more careful next time.
