Don't Let Them Sweep this Horror under the Rug

On Friday night, islamic terrorists snuck into a home through a window and slaughtered the innocent family who lived there. A father who lay sleeping with his baby died when his throat was slashed, his three month old infant daughter was decapitated. The mother was in the bathroom at the time and when she came out, she was stabbed to death after fighting for her life and those of her family. The murdered couple's 11 year old son was reading in bed at the time, and the killers stabbed him to death as well, along with with his sleeping 4 year old brother, who was stabbed in the heart - twice. Two children were not discovered by the jihadi killers, so they survived, as did the family's twelve year old daughter who had been out at a youth event. It was that little girl who discovered the carnage, and her 2 and half year old little brother who was screaming for his father, drenched in the blood of his murdered family.

Excerpt from Ynetnews; the heartbreaking account of the immediate aftermath, by a neighbor who tended to the surviving children:

"The little boy was crying: 'Where's my daddy? Where's daddy? I want my daddy.' I changed his clothes, he was tired, and I cleaned the blood off his legs," the Fogel family's neighbor told Ynet, recalling the events of Friday night. Late that night terrorists murdered father Udi (36), mother Ruth (35) and their children Yoav (11), Elad (4), and Hadas (three months). The couple's three other children – Tamar (12), Roi (8) and Yishai (2.5), survived the hellish attack.

One neighbor told of how she met Ruth just hours before she was murdered. "Friday was a regular day, business as usual, everything was fine. After I lit the Shabbat candles I went to visit Ruth. We never thought something like this could happen," she said.

At around 10 pm the eldest daughter, Tamar, left the house, thus saving herself from the attack that followed. One neighbor said that she hadn't heard any screams from the Fogel house. "It seems that the terrorists were professional, quick and precise."

Tamar's screams filled the air at around 40 minutes past midnight, when she found the bodies of her parents and siblings.

"My husband went out with his weapon cocked after we heard the screams. She ran and we were sure that a terrorist was chasing her and that she was trying to escape. She just cried and we hugged her. We brought her and her two brothers into our house and rushed to lock the door and windows. We thought the attacker was still outside.

"Tamar sat next to us. All of her brother's clothes were drenched in blood and he was crying: 'Where's my daddy? Where's daddy? I want my daddy.' I changed his clothes, he was tired, and I cleaned the blood off his legs."

She added that the other boy was in shock: "He didn't respond, he was quiet and didn't even cry. My husband told him that his father will come back soon and his sister Tamar couldn't bear to hear that. I hadn't realized what happened so I asked where the rest of the children were. My husband whispered that they were murdered. I did what needed to be done and remained vigilant. I put my fears aside until the security forces arrived." RTR

The mainstream media is trying to whitewash the whole thing by dehumanizing the murdered family while neglecting to reveal the motive behind the killings (jihad & killing Jews for jihad). And just as they did after the islamic terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, the Palestinians celebrated in the streets over the death of innocents who were killed in the name of allah, holding carnivals and handing out sweets.

The surviving relatives of the Fogel family released pictures of their loved ones, of both when they were alive and of the senseless horror of their deaths. It was made into a video, which was quickly removed from youtube and facebook. It will traumatize you and break your heart to watch it, but you need to see, because we cannot afford to look the other way as these kinds of atrocities happen over and over again:

Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, met with the surviving members of the Fogel family to console them. 12 year old Tamar Fogel is well aware of the hostility towards Israeli settlements, not only from the Palestinian thugs who slaughtered her parents and siblings but also from the Obama administration.  She asked PM Netanyahu, "Won't America be angry if you build more homes?" via Israel Today:

While visiting the grieving Fogel family on Sunday, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stressed that this would continue to be Israel’s response to Palestinian terrorism. “They murder and we build,” said Netanyahu.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu condemns the brutal terror attack that claimed the lives of five members of the Fogel family in Itamar. Netanyahu also condemns the international community for not acting quick in condemning this act of violence as well.

The victims of the brutal murders at Itamar, in Samaria, Friday night are Rabbi and IDF tank unit officer Udi Fogel, his wife Ruth, 11-year-old Yoav, four-year-old Elad (pictured), and three-month-old Hadas. Rabbi Fogel taught at the Itamar post-high school yeshiva, whose senior rabbi is former IDF Chief Rabbi Avi Ronsky.
The world is silent -- has the UNSC rushed to convene an emergency session? Islamic anti-semitism must end. The Koran, hadith and sira must be expunged of this genocidal mandate against Jews and Christians and Hindus and all non- Muslims. Over the 1,400 year history of Islam, hundreds of millions have been slaughtered -- how many have to die for good men to open their mouths and speak against jihad?
Obama, Demagogue-in-Chief, has not taken to the airwaves to denounce Islamic Jew-hatred and the resulting savagery. When he does finally speak, watch him exploit the horror by condemning Jews living in the Jewish homeland while shilling for a terror state in heart of Israel.

Obama Regime Criticizes "Illegitimate" Israeli West Bank Settlement Construction Plan Weasel Zippers:

Israel should tell the Muslim-in-Chief to go to hell.

JERUSALEM (AP) — The U.S. Embassy said Monday it was “deeply concerned” by Israeli plans to build hundreds of new homes in West Bank settlements, calling the Israeli enclaves “illegitimate” and an obstacle to resuming direct talks between Israel and the Palestinians.
In a defiant response to a deadly attack on a settler family over the weekend, Israel swiftly approved the construction of between 300 and 500 new homes in major West Bank settlement blocks. Jewish settlement construction is at the crux of the current impasse in peace efforts.
“They murder, we build,” Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Sunday during a condolence call to the grieving family. Palestinian militants are presumed to have carried out the assault.

The Hamas response has been to deny responsibility for the slaughter in English, while praising the killers of children and babies as heroes in Arabic.

Daniel Greenfield at Sultan Knish has a devastating Open letter to Harvey Weinstein, a filmaker and Palestinian terror apologist. It is a MUST READ and if you can get through it without tears in your eyes and a lump in your throat, then you must have a heart of stone.  Excerpt:

Tell me Harvey, do you know what goes through a three month old baby's mind when her throat is being slashed? You can't make a movie about it and you wouldn't it if you could. Movies are complex stories. The characters change and grow. They become someone else. A three month old baby having her throat cut will never become anyone else. She is fixed in that moment of horror and pain. Dying without knowing why. Only that her parents couldn't protect her. If you were going to make a movie about this scene, it would be about the killers. You would show their past and explain their actions. Surely an Israeli soldier stepped on their toe once or blew up their house. Stretch it out over two hours and you can justify anything. Even the knife being drawn across Hadas' throat. That is the magic of cinema. But to three month old Hadas, there is no context. The movie of her life ended the night you were hard at work promoting yours.

The mother had been in the bathroom while the bloody work took place. A small moment of peace while her children slept. She didn't let them cut her throat, the way they had that of her husband and her baby daughter. Instead she fought them. They had to stab her to death. If you ever make a movie about these particular terrorists, be sure to emphasize how hard it is to stab a mother to death. She will fight for her children. And the terrorists will have to work to kill her. You should swoop the camera down sympathetically on their sweating faces as they do the hard work of murdering her.

From there they went on to murder 11 year old Yoav who was reading in bed. Next was 3 year old Elad. Why stab a 3 year old boy twice in the heart? That is the question, Harvey. I understand once. Once is certainly enough to kill any 3 year old. But twice? Maybe it was that each killer wanted a turn and a share of the glory of murdering a toddler. They had already murdered three children and their parents, but the laws of Islam can be arcane sometimes. Is it possible then that the Shaheed (the martyr) will not enter paradise unless he murders a 3 year old too. Maybe there are more virgins waiting in paradise for each child killed. Murder a child and trade his body in for more virgins. Or maybe it is that the brave Jihadists who climb through living room windows and cut the throats of children in their sleep wanted to feel the violence of that blow. The thrill of the knife slamming home into a child's heart. Or maybe it is that Elad's heart was strong enough that even two adult Muslim terrorists had to stab twice to kill him.

Claire Berlinski  visited Itamar, where this horrible atrocity took place, and she spoke with the people there. She plans to write quite a bit about it, but needs time to process the terrible knowledge of what took place there, here is an excerpt about what she wants you to know right now though, from Writing in Cold Blood About Itamar:

One very quick point I'll make is that this was clearly not a family above all of "settlers"--some alien species that exists primarily as a political bargaining point--but of human beings. In the home next door to the one that was invaded, kids' clothing was hanging on the line next to a child's bicycle. You simply cannot look at that and think, "This story is above all about land and politics." This story is above all about murder. They were children and they were murdered. Two more children were orphaned. The children were targeted deliberately. This was a premeditated murder--not a crime of passion or self-defense--and it was a psychotically savage crime. Anyone who in any way tries to rationalize or minimize this or to suggest that this is a fitting punishment for anything needs to go out and look at a three-month-old baby and ask himself what it would take to climb over a fence, climb in a window, and cut off that child's head. If that act seems an "understandable" reaction to a political grievance to him, I don't think we can have much of a conversation. But I don't think it will, on reflection, seem that way to most people.

Please, do not let what happened to these people be forgotten, do not allow the media to get away with whitewashing the islamist slaughter of innocents. The MSM won't honestly report on what is happening, or why, so it falls to the rest of us. Get on your blogs, your Twitter, Facebook and other social networks, write/email/call fax news agencies and do not let this horror be ignored.

Remember what happened the last time the world looked the other way as Jews were massacred? Think it can't happen again? Well people back then thought that it could never happen in the first place.
