The Racism Everyone Pretends Doesn't Exist

It looks like the rest of America is starting to get a taste of the type of racism that I witnessed for decades and even was a victim of, although nobody would do a damned thing to stop it or even acknowledge that it existed because calling it what it is would be considered "racist".
I am talking about hateful, vicious and violent black racism.

(Obligatory caveat: Just as it is true that most white people are not racist, most black people aren't racist either -  but while incidents of white racism are front page news, there is a media and societal taboo against discussing black racism, and the silence on the matter is a huge and dangerous disservice to people of all ethnicities.)

The blogosphere is currently burning up with a horrible story out of Peoria, IL about a roving mob of black young adults who stormed the streets, screaming, "We need to kill all white people!" Via The Gateway Pundit:

Wasn’t this crap supposed to stop when Obama was elected president?
Black youths marched down the streets of Peoria, Illinois on Saturday screaming, “We need to kill all white people.”
The Peoria Chronicle reported:
Tonight, around 11 p.m., a group of at least 60-70 African American youth marched down one of the side streets (W. Thrush) to the 4 lane main drag (Sheridan). They were yelling threats to white residents. Things such as we need to kill alll the white people around here. They were physically intimidating anyone calling for help from the police. They were surrounding cars. Cars on the main drag had to slam on their brakes to either avoid the youth blocking not only all four lanes, but a large section of the side street as well. fights were breaking out among them. They were rushing residents who looked out their doors, going on to porches, yelling threats to people calling the police for help.
Cars were doing U turns on the streets just to avoid the mob, mostly male. One youth stated his grandfather was white and several assaulted him on the spot. One police officer answered the call. The youth split into two large groups, one heading north, the other south. They were also yelling racial threats to the police officer but he was outnumbered. Another police car did not show up until after the youth finally dispersed and the patty wagon (van) also eventually showed up.
Residents are very shaken, both black and white alike. This is the fifth large mob action in about a month with smaller groups of 10-12 are out threatening children and adults a few evenings a week or later into the night. The times vary, even occuring during the day. In talking to the police officer, they are short staffed. Residents were advised to simply keep inside and to lock their doors. In other words buckle down, it’s not even safe to sit on your porch or go into your yards.
The Peoria AntiPundit has additional comments about this event:
My take?  These are the same youths that run our schools and these are the same that make our schools unsafe, can’t make state standards, and assault teachers and staff.  Why? Because there are no repercussions for their actions.  At District 150, many are slapped on the wrist or told they suffer econmic let down or whatever and must need help.  Even the Chief of Police who tried to correct this type of mob action on the south side streets by issuing J-Walking tickets a few years back, slapped them by removing the tickets.  Why?  Because the NAACP bitched up a storm. These were poor mis-understood children.
Time has come for us to step up.  Us, I mean law abiding citizens and no, I don’t mean grab the rifles and pitchforks.  Two wrongs don’t make a right.  No, I mean it’s time we citizens hold our elected leaders responsible and make, no, demand they take action and end this shit once and for all.  I don’t care if they have to stuff 10 to a cell, but if they are doing this type of crap in our streets, then lock them up.
Already, there are people minimizing the event and denying that there is a problem, but this does not surprise me, because as I stated in my opening paragraph, I lived with this sort of hell for over 20 years in my old nabe before I could get out of there and I am well familiar with the cover-ups and excuse making that ensues if anyone attempts to speak out against this evil.

Ironic Surrealism has many updates on this story, and links which confirm its validity. Be sure to visit IS often as VelvetHammer continues to add updates, which is how I found that a video report is available at CentralIllinoisProud.com, here is an excerpt from the text accompanying it:
PEORIA--The streets of West Thrush are quiet now.

But two days ago...that was a different story.

"There was quite a few kids coming down the road, probably about 200 of them," said neighbor Roy Goodwin.  "They had traffic blocked. They were in everybody's yards."

Goodwin says mobs of teenagers pounded the pavement Friday night, destroying the peace in a once quiet neighborhood.

"They were pretty riled up.  Yelling screaming.  It was the first time I've ever seen that many people congregated together going up and down the street."

Goodwin's not the only one.

"I got scared because I have two kids," said neighbor Shirley Reyes.  "I don't even open my door or what you know.  Because it is scary.  This is the first time I've had this experience for 10 years living here...going on 11."

Reyes says she now fears for the safety of her kids.

"We don't carry any guns or anything.  But you know, if we can afford to go to another neighborhood we will," Reyes adds.

Neighbors say mob activity is an ongoing issue for them and the police. MORE HERE
A report at The Right Perspective reveals that this incident of black racism is not an isolated event in the region:
Saturday’s incident follows a string of Black-on-White hate crime attacks over the last several weeks. Three African-American teens were arrested on June 10 for assaulting two White teenagers earlier that week, reports The Chicago Tribune. The three arrested were part of a larger group that went on a wilding spree responsilbe for four attacks on Tuesday night.
One victim, Krzysztof Wilkowski, told The Chicago Tribune he was hit so hard in the head with a baseball bat that it knocked the motorscooter helmet he was wearing off.
The weekend before, at least 20 African-American youths were arrested in connection with robberies and disturbances involving multiple people in the Near North District, police said.
These racist attacks by roving mobs of black thugs are happening all across the country. Just last week, a young white man from South Carolina was savagely beaten, nearly to death, by yet another mob of black teens and pre-teens who had been out attacking innocent people all night. Via The Gateway Pundit:
This was such a senseless beating.
A group of black youths lynched a white teenager as he was jogging through a parking lot just after midnight on Monday night. The youths were charged with strong arm robbery, second degree assault and battery by a mob.
They took the victim’s phone and beat him bloody. The victim already has had two surgeries on his brain since the beating.

Carter Strange had been out with a young woman on Sunday night, and his parents expected him home in time for his midnight curfew. When he wasn’t home at 12:05 a.m., Vicki Strange telephoned her son, who rarely misses curfews because his parents are strict. She was prepared to confiscate his computer.
“He said, ‘Mom, I know I’m late. I’m three minutes away. I’ll be right there,’” Vicki Strange said.
Ten minutes later, Carter Strange had not come home and his mother’s calls to his cell phone went unanswered.
Vicki Strange called her husband, John Strange, at work and told him about the situation. He went online to check his son’s cell phone records and Vicki Strange began driving the neighborhood, fearing their son had been in a wreck.
Shortly after 1 a.m., John Strange started seeing unfamiliar numbers popping up on his son’s cell phone account.
“We knew then something was wrong,” Vicki Strange said. “Someone else had his phone. He was either dead or hurt.”
She called the police, who issued an alert for the young man . An agonizing two hours passed before a police officer told Vicki Strange about 3:15 a.m. they had found her son at Palmetto Health Richland.
He had been taken to the hospital after a couple found him lying on the side of Edisto Avenue around 2:30 a.m. Monday.
During the bond hearing, Columbia Police Investigator Robert McCracken said Carter Strange was the victim of a group of eight teenagers who were roaming Five Points looking for trouble.
They had arrived in Five Points around 11:50 p.m. Sunday, McCracken said. They had targeted other people for an assault or robbery, but circumstances prevented them, McCracken said.
But Carter Strange, running alone on Blossom Street with his flip flops and cell phone in hand, provided the opportunity to attack.
“He slowed down to text,” McCracken said. “As he was running, four individuals, including Henrey, ran across the street and attacked him.”
The attackers kicked and beat the teen, then stole his cell phone, according to arrest warrants.
It’s unclear how Carter Strange ended up a few blocks away on Edisto Avenue. But the couple that found him saved his life, McCracken said.
“Had he not been found when he was, he would have died,” the investigator said.
Vicki and John Strange addressed the judge in hopes of keeping Henrey off the streets. Henrey and his co-defendants did not care about anyone else’s rights, Vicki Strange said, so he did not deserve to have the right to get a bond. Read the whole thing

The violent racist attacks committed by gangs of young black criminals aren't new, and they aren't directed solely at whites either. Asians are frequently targets of violent black racism, but as this article by Ying Ma explains, it there is a great deal of silence from the community at large and also from fellow Asians about this evil:
This is a true story, the Chinese man was abused by African American.
In what passes for discussions on race these days, small problems are often blown up large, while real traumas are completely ignored. For instance, despite what President Clinton’s “Race Initiative” panel has said, the very rawest racial conflicts in present-day America don’t even fit into the tidy mold of white-majority-oppressing-colored-minority that activists constantly promote. Though civil rights groups and most of the media studiously ignore this fact, the nation’s most fractious racial battles are now conflicts between minority populations. Particularly horrific is the animosity directed at Asian Americans by blacks in low-income areas of urban America.
At age ten, I immigrated from China to Oakland, California, a city filled with crime, poverty, and racial tension. In elementary school, I didn’t wear name-brand clothing or speak English. My name soon became “Ching Chong,” “Chinagirl,” and “Chow Mein.” Other children laughed at my language, my culture, my ethnicity, and my race. I said nothing.
After a few years, I began to speak English, but not well enough to trade racial insults. On rides home from school I avoided the back of the bus so as not to be beaten up. But even when I sat in the front, fire crackers, paper balls, small rocks, and profanity were thrown at me and the other “stupid Chinamen.” The label “Chinamen” was dished out indiscriminately to Vietnamese, Koreans, and other Asians. When I looked around, I saw that the other “Chinamen” tuned out the insults by eagerly discussing movies, friends, and school.
During my secondary school years, racism, and then the combination of outrage and bitterness that it fosters, accompanied me home on the bus every day. My English was by now more fluent than that of those who insulted me, but most of the time I still said nothing to avoid being beaten up. In addition to everything else thrown at me, a few times a week I was the target of sexual remarks vulgar enough to make Howard Stern blush. When I did respond to the insults, I immediately faced physical threats or attacks, along with the embarrassing fact that the other “Chinamen” around me simply continued their quiet personal conversations without intervening. The reality was that those who cursed my race and ethnicity were far bigger in size than most of the Asian children who sat silently.
The racial harassment wasn’t limited to bus rides. It surfaced in my high school cafeteria, where a middle-aged Chinese vendor who spoke broken English was told by rowdy students each day at lunch time to “Hurry up, you dumb Ching!” On the sidewalks, black teenagers and adults would creep up behind 80-year-old Asians and frighten them with sing-song nonsense:
“Yee-ya, Ching-chong, ah-ee, un-yahhh!” At markets and in the streets of poor black neighborhoods, Asians would be told, “Why the hell don’t you just go back to where you came from!”
When it came time for college, I left this ugly world for a beautiful school far away. Finally, it was possible to pursue a life without racial harassment backed by the threat of violence. I chose not to return to my old neighborhood after college, but I am often reminded of the racial discrimination I endured there. On a bus not too long ago I saw a black woman curse at a Korean man, “You f---ing Chinese person! Didn’t you hear that I asked you to move yo’ ass? You too stupid to understand English or something?”
In poor neighborhoods across this country Asians endure daily racial hatred just as I did. Because of their language deficiencies, their small size, their fear of violent confrontations, they endure in silence. Unlike me, many of them will never depart for a new life in a beautiful place far, far away. So each day they grow more bitter against a group that much of America refuses to acknowledge to be capable of racism: African Americans.
In a fair and peaceful world, racial harassment will be decried without regard to its source. The problem today is that prominent black leaders rule out even the possibility of black racism. Activists like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson intone that racism equals “prejudice plus power,” and that since blacks in America lack power, they are simply not capable of practicing racism against anyone. John Hope Franklin, chair of President Clinton’s race panel, angrily insists that racism is something suffered, not dished out, by blacks. Many black professors, writers, polemicists, and politicians repeat the same mantra. What might appear to be black racism, writes syndicated columnist Leonard Pitts, actually boils down not to racism but to acts of crime and rudeness from the perpetrators, and tough luck for the recipients.
Rationalizers of black racism ignore the fact that identical actions inflicted by whites would be universally decried as intolerable.  Ultimately, their arguments simply grease the skids for further traumatizing of “unlucky” victims. And to real-life casualties of racial animosity, motivation is not especially relevant. Loss is loss. Pain is pain.
Unfortunately, Asian Americans-and especially their leaders-have failed to speak out on this matter. Complaints from wounded individuals regularly boil into public view, however. In mid-August, I attended a crowded press conference held in New York’s Chinatown to discuss Indonesia’s history of discrimination against ethnic Chinese (which peaked this May in a wave of bloody anti-Chinese riots). One woman at the event began to hysterically scream out her frustrations over black American racism against Asians. The woman, Mee Ying Lin, shouted, “Chinese suffer from racial discrimination by blacks every day. We should help persecuted Chinese overseas, but why is no one dealing with our own troubles in America?”
Rose Tsai, head of the San Francisco Neighbors Association, and candidate for a seat on the city’s Board of Supervisors, suggests that everyday Asians rarely defend themselves against ghetto racism because “Asian culture is just not that confrontational.. Asians are unlike blacks who got to where they are in politics by being militant.”
Tsai explains that Asian involvement in politics is at a nascent stage, that it is difficult for her organization even to convince Asian immigrants to vote, let alone make a political stink against racial harassment. “Asians are just not used to standing up for our own rights,” says another Bay Area Chinese activist with frustration.  READ THE WHOLE THING

I grew up on the border of a town called Roosevelt, on Long Island, my parents moved my family there when I was a toddler, in the 1970s. It was a nice neighborhood with all different kinds of people and everyone got along well for a few years after we got there, but then it started going bad fast. There was a cute little park that we'd play at nearby, but by the time I was 7 or 8 years old, it was no longer safe for white children to go there because of the mobs of racist black teenage thugs who hung out there who would scream obscenities, threaten and even physically attack anyone who wasn't black. It became a defacto "black only" park.

Kids were regularly "jumped" while just trying to walk home and I don't know a single family on my block who had a child who didn't get their bike stolen and/or get beat up by black teen-aged thugs at least once. When I was in third grade, a brick came crashing through my living room window on Halloween night. It had missed hitting my mother's head by only a few inches as she had been reading on our couch there. She saw a gang of about a dozen black kids running away. About a year later, our replacement window was damaged when someone shot a bullet through it. Luckily, nobody was in the room at the time, because we learned to stay away from our windows at night. One year, we held a block party with all the families working together to provide a nice fun time for our little community, things went great until the late afternoon when a large mob of black teen-aged thugs showed up and started attacking people. We never had another block party again.

I saw a car burning across the street from my house one night, it would be the first of many that I saw over the years in that neighborhood. The rear window had been broken by a Molotov cocktail. These events never made the news.

Houses and cars were routinely robbed, my brother even caught a guy in our attached garage trying to gain access to the rest of my house where the rest of my family was sleeping. Luckily, with the help of my German Shepard, my brother was able to chase the bad guy away before he could do whatever it is that he had intended. One of my neighbors had a work van filled with tools that got robbed every few days, despite my neighbor investing in all kinds of lights an alarms. He got so frustrated that he began parking his van with the sliding side door mashed up against the concrete retaining wall in his driveway to make it more difficult for the criminals to get his equipment out. Eventually, like many of my neighbors, he got sick of it and moved away.

As folks moved away, the local media screamed about "white flight" and deemed it "racist" when, in fact, the people who left did so out of self preservation because they were tired of being victimized and seeing it be ignored by the authorities, community leaders and the media. There was racism, all right, but it was black racism and black on white crime which caused people to do whatever they could to get away from it for their own survival and the safety of their children.

When I was 19, I made the mistake of walking home alone. I ended up getting severely beaten by a gang of black thugs who screamed how a white girl "didn't belong" in the neighborhood where I had been living for over 15 years at the time. Now, I need to tell you that this did not make me hate black people, and I still don't hate black people, as a matter of fact, I'd probably been raped or killed but for the fact that two other black men happened to be passing by and saw what was happening. They rescued me and carry/walked me the half a block I needed to go to get home. While I did not suffer broken bones, my nose had been bloodied and my left eye was swollen shut & purple while my right eye was bruised up also. My lips were busted up and the whole left side of my face was swollen to about twice the size of the right. I had very long hair and the bastards had busted a bottle on my head and used a piece of broken glass to lop off a big chunk of my hair right on top, requiring me to comb all the hair from one side of my head over to try to conceal it. It took a full year for my face to look normal again, and even months after that I had a big lump from a calcium deposit in my left cheekbone. I still have vision problems in my left eye from the attack nearly twenty years ago.

One night, when I was about 22, a friend drove me home after I had worked a night shift at a bar. It had snowed and he needed to park a bit further from the curb than normal because of the snowbanks. There was still plenty of room to pass, as it was a fairly wide street, but as mt friend walked me to my house, a drunken angry black man drove down my street and he stopped his car and started screaming racist epithets and saying that "You crackers don't belong here" (in the neighborhood where I'd lived most of my life) while demanding that my friend move his car. The drunken angry black man then pulled out a gun and pointed it at my friend's face. I ran to my house screaming, my brother came out and managed to talk the guy out of shooting my friend and eventually the cops came. It turned out that the drunken angry gun pointing creep was an off-duty cop from a neighboring town, so nothing came of it.

The above are only small samples of the black racism that I experienced and witnessed, but one thing that was a constant during the years that I lived in my old neighborhood was that it was taboo to talk abut black racism, because "black people can't be racist" (or sometimes you'd hear the stupid term "reverse racism"), that nobody in a position of authority would do a damned thing to stop it, and that this sort of stuff never made the news.

Mine was one of the last families to escape the neighborhood, and while I was leaving all of my friends behind, I was delighted to be starting a new life someplace where it would be far less likely that I'd become a crime victim simply for being the "wrong" color. They called it white flight, they said it was racist, but what it was would be better defined as survival. My neighbors and I loved our homes, we never would have left it it hadn't become so dangerous to stay.

Black racism is just as real as other kinds of racism and just as evil, but it is even more dangerous than the others because few will even acknowledge that it exists, much less do something about it. That needs to change, although it will be an uphill battle when you've got race hustling grievance mongers like Obama's Attorney General Eric Holder undermining any attempts to see justice served for victims of hate crimes if they aren't in his preferred demographic and fellow race hustling grievance mongers like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson aiding in cover-ups and suppression of any honest conversation of the matter with the MSM following in lockstep. The whitewashing of black racism needs to stop - NOW.

Walter E Williams has a MUST READ article about black racism, "America's new racists", here is an excerpt:
Most racist assaults are committed by blacks. What's worse is there're blacks, still alive, who lived through the times of lynching, Jim Crow laws and open racism who remain silent in the face of it.
Last year, four black Skidmore College students yelled racial slurs while they beat up a white man because he was dining with a black man. Skidmore College's first response was to offer counseling to one of the black students charged with the crime. In 2009, a black Columbia University professor assaulted a white woman during a heated argument about race relations. According to interviews and court records obtained and reported by Denver's ABC affiliate (12/4/2009), black gangs roamed downtown Denver verbally venting their hatred for white victims before assaulting and robbing them during a four-month crime wave. Earlier this year, two black girls beat a white girl at a McDonald's, and the victim suffered a seizure. Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel ordered an emergency shutdown of the beaches in Chicago because mobs of blacks were terrorizing families. According to the NBC affiliate there (6/8/2011), a gang of black teens stormed a city bus, attacked white victims and ran off with their belongings.
Racist black attacks are not only against whites but also against Asians. In San Francisco, five blacks beat an 83-year-old Chinese man to death. They threw a 57-year-old woman off a train platform. Two black Oakland teenagers assaulted a 59-year-old Chinese man; the punching knocked him to the ground, killing him. At Philly's South Philadelphia High School, Asian students report that black students routinely pelt them with food and beat, punch and kick them in school hallways and bathrooms as they hurl racial epithets such as "Hey, Chinese!" and "Yo, Dragon Ball!" The Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund charged the School District of Philadelphia with "deliberate indifference" toward black victimization of Asian students.
In many of these brutal attacks, the news media make no mention of the race of the perpetrators. If it were white racist gangs randomly attacking blacks, the mainstream media would have no hesitation reporting the race of the perps. Editors for the Los Angeles Times, The New York Times and the Chicago Tribune admitted to deliberately censoring information about black crime for political reasons. Chicago Tribune Editor Gerould Kern recently said that the paper's reason for censorship was to "guard against subjecting an entire group of people to suspicion."
These racist attacks can, at least in part, be attributed to the black elite, who have a vested interest in racial paranoia. And that includes a president who has spent years aligned with people who have promoted racial grievance and polarization and appointed an attorney general who's accused us of being "a nation of cowards" on matters of race and has refused to prosecute black thugs who gathered at a Philadelphia voting site in blatant violation of federal voter intimidation laws. PLEASE READ THE WHOLE THING
It is time to put an end to the terrorizing of innocent people who are targeted simply because of  what ethnicity they appear to be, but it will never end if people continue to pretend that it doesn't exist.

Dear Zilla

What a powerful piece. My heart weeps for what had to go through at such a young age. God bless you for opening up old wounds in order to shed a light on the truth. I admire your bravery and strength.
Take care, always.

Thank you for sharing your story.  I'm so sorry for what you went through.

For this reason I am signing up for concealed carry classes that start this month.  People shouldn't have to be defenseless in these situations.  Law enforcement is sure staying out of the way.

Zilla, thank you for sharing this story. More need to be made aware of the increase in this kind of behavior in this country. Ann Barnhardt calls it 'animalistic'  and psychopathic. http://barnhardt.biz/
IMO, it is 'savagery.' Our society (including our media, government and schools) are creating savages of our young people via constant exposure to and glorification of violent, hateful, sexist/misogynistic, racist ideas and imagery and focus on infantile self-absorption and deprivation of counterbalancing values such as consideration, empathy and love for others and striving for the common good. Anyone, of any color, who could perpetrate such violence against innocents has no shred of conscience and certainly could not be considered fully human.

I'm 65 years old and I've seen this coming for a long time.   I believe in having a gun but in this day and age with these things happening a person is saving his life only to risk the death penalty or life in prison.  My father always said there would be a race war in this country and it would be caused by Blacks.  I didn't believe him at the time but as time goes by I begin to think he was right.

I live in Detroit. I am the minority. I am white. Racism works both ways (all ways?) to the point of being a problem. I have been saying this for years but people don't understand until they feel it first hand.

I don't just feel it on the streets but in businesses, in school, churches and even in the federal and state programs that are supposed to be color blind. Other families get services from Social Services and drive new cars while we are still fighting for medical (just medical) help. Our worker treats us with snotty snobbish evilness.

I do not understand why white Americans still feel the need to feel the guilt of the forefathers. The oppression and slavery ended so very long ago. To think that they are not allowed to speak out against Black racism is ridiculous. It is what is it, so call it what it is. As an immigrant, I don't have a shred of white person guilt.
I have experienced racism on me from black people. I have called them out on it. I don't think that I am racist for doing so. I would have done the same had it been anyone, latin, asian what have you. I won't cow to their antics.

Now of course, I know that not all black people are like this. I have been around a lot of different people and do know that there are good and bad in all races of people. However as for my experience, black people tend to be the first ones to throw out racism and intimidation.

I have seen black on asian racism too. In an apartment complex I once lived in. I had been told that it had one time been full of asian families as well as latin and white families but then black people started moving in, treating everyone rudely, threatening them, intimidating them until they started to move out. As I was moving in, the last Asian family left in the complex, was moving out. They told me they were moving to another part of town and for me to remain safe and careful there. The lady told me it had become very dangerous there but when she had moved in, it was a nice calm, relaxing community. What had changed, I asked.
She told me it was due to black people moving in. The complex had to hire security guards. Theft was up, crime in general in that area was up. Within a year they had already been through countless security guards. One even ended up dead from being shot. (It was a black female security guard too!)

Since I had been there, I had been told to go back to my home country. Called various racial names and been subjected to be stared at menacingly each time I went to check the mail. I had a man tell me to my face to move out, this was a black community, I was unwelcome. I looked him in the face and told him I didn't intend to break my lease and he had to deal with it. Eventually I too moved out, after my lease was finished.

A side note, once I was told by a black man that my English was so terrible, I ought to go home. He stood on the street cutting me down in a verbal tirade that even made other black people around angry. Two young black men came over and told him off. As one escorted me away from the two who were now yelling at each other, the young man had the nasty racist apologise to me. They even saw to it I got on my bus safely by staying until it arrived. They were very nice and very sweet men. I hope they remain so to this day.

It is better to be judged by twelve than to be carried by six.  We don't need government permission to protect ourselves, our loved ones, or and our property.  It is our God given right to do so.

By the way, any caliber beginning with a 4 is a good one.

Dearest GOD in Heaven, I do so love small town life ! I still have "colored / black" friends from the day we met, the first day of desegregation in `64 I think. Of the 10 colored kids my age, 5 ea. in the 2 classes per grade in the elem. school, 1 boy and 1 girl had attitudes that got and kept them in trouble. They`re both dead now, but all the others went on to moderate or greatish success.

Our genealogy searches have shown that no one on either side of the families owned any slaves, though my Dad`s Mom hired several maids and a nanny for him. The closest I ever came to race riots was in `72, when blacks in Asheville,NC rioted at the hi school, burned a few cars and trashed everything in sight. A week or so later, they decided to bring this attitude to my town, 13 miles west. Black and white parents banded together, surrounded the gangs, and expressed their displeasure with their attitudes, that they would not tolerate it. The parents briefly displayed a few guns and bats, the gangs got really peaceful. It was at that point that the cops showed up, sirens and blue lights flashing, to find they weren`t needed; it had already been handled. I was so proud of my little town !!

While I have been truly fortunate, You and many others have not, MJ ! I am so sorry that anyone or group has to think that violence and intimidation are an acceptable avenue to whatever it is they think they want ! And to see that you are still absent of hate for what you endured is remarkable and one more thing to be proud of you for.

Thanks for this article, it`s important to know what`s happening around the country, who`s perpetrating it and who`s refusing to prosecute it / even acknowledge its existence ! Now to make corrections !

MJ,

Outstanding post.  I feel your pain.  I could go on for pages in my own life's experiences mirroring what you have described but I won't.

The victimhood mentality that is advocated by the racism industry is mostly to blame for these nightmares.  Parasites like Jackson, Sharpton, Wright, Farrakhan, and others profit from promoting this crap all the while keeping the people that they supposedly champion on the plantation.

In the last 40+ years we have spent 16 TRILLION dollars promoting racial equality.  What has it provided?

In 1960 70% of all children were born to wedded parents.  Today that statistic is reversed whereas 70% are born to single mothers and don't have a clue who dad is.  Today 70% of all abortions are performed on black women.  Black kids that do well in school are chided for acting white.  Successful blacks are labeled uncle Toms.

This mess reminds me of blue crabs in a bushel basket whereas as soon as one crab attempts to climb out it is pulled back in by the other crabs in the basket assuring that none get out.

I had a recent conversation with a number of blacks at a party and asked them what they wanted.  They couldn't answer me.  I pointed out that the current occupant in the WH was black and that racism is OVER since the majority of non-blacks voted for the moron.  They all nodded in agreement as if that was the first time it was ever contemplated.

My best friend is black but he is regarded as an uncle Tom by fellow blacks.  WTF!

Blacks will ONLY be equal once they begin to stand-up for themselves and live in society as a proud people.  They can only be proud people when they do for themselves and not before then.

Sorry for the rant but this shit pisses me off to no end.

You are indeed correct.  I live out in BF Egypt now and I have black folks as neighbors and they are nice as any people that I have ever known.  Their city relatives are another story altogether.

It pisses me off as well, but what disgusts me is, the truth has been out there for some time ! The charlatans have preached victimhood and black liberation theology and the masses have slurped it up rather than, like the older blacks I`ve grown up around here, taken time to think and reason and Prayed obviously to the right GOD and see the truth. These folk are wise as any I`ve known and a pleasure to talk with. The only advantage they had over big city blacks is the southern politeness I guess, where we are interdependent and care about our neighbors and watch out for each other ! Personal pride fits in there somehow too !

Thank you for this amazing, and revealing article. It is true. I have experienced the worst of Black racism in college and in the hospitals. Affirmative Action is a useful tool for racist Black managers.

Incredible and terrifying testimonies to a severe threat to our very democracy and way of life.  Zilla, thank you so much for sharing your painful memories and for sharing stories from all over that reiterate the problem.  Is there any indication that this has worsened across the country since 0bama was elected?  I believe far from being the savior of race relations he and the enemedia proclaimed him to be when he was elected, he is exactly the opposite.  He and his thuggish czars are fomenting brazenness and a complete lack of self-discipline and self-control in the population in general but in blacks in particular.  We see it everywhere.  Also, his oppressive and tyrannical economic policies, far from transforming this country into some utopia of redistributed wealth to fat and happy minorities, has in fact greatly increased economic and moral decline among the very supporters he promised all the goodies to.  Unemployment of black youth is off the charts.  Their role models are uneducated thug athletes and rappers rolling in diamonds, furs, gold and hos.  No one will say anything or criticize.

The elephant in the room that no one will acknowledge will consume us.  When states, cities and localities start going bankrupt, all this is going to get 100 times worse.

I have also been saying this for years-I have a number of black friends and many times I have been the only white person at a gathering at one of their homes-hands down, blacks are the most racist people I have ever encountered. Everything and I mean every damn thing is looked at through the prism of skin color.

Oh how they laughed when OJ got off-they knew damn well he did it. That's how they deal with life. When they're met with failure or rejection, it's because they're black. This is what they have been taught by our sewer culture and worthless education system.

Further, they believe they're entitled to any goodies they can get their hands on. Section 8, food stamps, free medical care, ADC, you name it, because of slavery they have been taught BY GOD, THEY ARE OWED.I see many people saying, "...not all black people are racist..." Sorry, that's not been my experience- it's just the opposite. Most blacks I know have a huge chip on their shoulder. Maybe it's the crowd I've run with that has jaded me but there is ALWAYS some kind of problem with them.I have gone from tolerant to now I will not hesitate to use deadly force if I am threatened. I also will not live anywhere where there are blacks-for too long they have been given a pass. I used to live in the heart of the black neighborhood here in Denver in the late 70s-something was always getting stolen. I even had a 4 x 4 red brick storage shed that was stolen! At 3 or 4 cents a brick!!I lay this all at the hands of REgressives and their idiotic policies.

:) ... I can't help it.

In all seriousness, the 22 mag is a fine weapon.  Consider Hornady Varmint rounds for personal protection.  I use them on groundhogs with my AR15 chambered for 5.56 and their heads explode.  It's amazing!

I imagine the results would be similar for bad guys.  Just an FYI.

It's been like that since the 70's when I was in college.  I damn near started a race riot by myself during my second week there when I got jumped by a bunch of black students after I refused to hand over my hard earned money.  Six of them went to the hospital.  I sustained a few dents and bruises but my pride stayed intact.

I went to school fulltime and worked fulltime (at nights) and a construction job on weekends.  I paid my own way 100%.  They on the otherhand were there on a full scholarship including books, transportation, and expenses due to some liberal bullshit kumbaya feel-good government program.  They spent their days playing cards in the cafeteria and they had the gall to demand my few bucks.

In the aftermath, the dean attempted to have me expelled.  I accepted provided that the others must go as well.  The college admininstration would have none of it.  All of it was swept under the rug.  The blacks left this crazy white boy alone for the remaining four years.  :)

The only non-practice use my .22 mag. has gotten the last few yrs is rat shot for snakes and `possums that take up residence in my basement. I have a groundhog down there now, but I don`t mind it. It isn`t bothering anything and doesn`t climb the shelves and knock stuff off ! I hate `possums, they chased my cat. It`s been a war since ! Gee whiz, it`s loud in the basement at 3: am !

My husband hired an African/American attorney to help us leave a private school which had broken his contract. He had been a department chair for 12 years. More than 30 people came forward--staff and faculty. They brought with them evidence of fraud and corruption at the most contemptible level. Our attorney told us we had to stay and make them look good. That was after he had spent 8 months negotiating for himself and his African/American friends. What he got was this: 20 B.A degrees, 20 M.Ed degrees and 20 Teaching certificates for "ethnic minorities". This was all paid for by tax payers--but not to worry the 20 people involved only attended class for 9 months. Most of them had had less than one year of Junior College. My husband? He was blacklisted and never worked again. After signing our poorly crafted "settlement" agreement and paying our attorney in full, what did our African/american attorney have to say? "that's the way the game is played"

People think this dos not exist. Sadly, when white people get attacked, they think it is nothing.
They believe "I just got attacked' and thats all.
9 X out of 10, it is BECAUSE of their color.
Things have changed.
The racism, now, is directed at white people.
